Strict No-Cash Policy
For the safety of our staff and customers, and to maintain accurate financial records, Classic Motors Limited operates a strictly cashless office. We do not accept physical cash payments for any transactions, deposits, or installments under any circumstances.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following secure forms of payment:

Credit Cards: Major credit cards are accepted for transactions.

Debit Cards: Standard debit cards are accepted at our office terminals.

Online Bank Transfers: Electronic funds transfers directly to the Classic Motors Limited corporate bank account.

Manager’s Cheques: Certified bank drafts or Manager’s cheques made payable to “Classic Motors Limited.”

Rent-to-Own Vehicle Downpayments
For customers participating in our Rent-to-Own program, the initial downpayment is subject to the following conditions:

Authorized Methods: The required downpayment must be paid in full using one of the accepted cashless methods listed above.

Funds Clearance: If the downpayment is made via Online Bank Transfer or Manager’s Cheque, the funds must be fully cleared and verified in our bank account before the vehicle can be released and the contract initiated.

Verification: Customers utilizing online transfers are required to email or present their digital transaction receipt/reference number to our office to help expedite the verification process.

Payment Security
All card transactions are processed through secure, encrypted terminals. Classic Motors Limited will always provide an official, itemized receipt upon the successful clearing of any payment.

Refund Policy
Please be advised of the following strict non-refundable terms regarding our Rent-to-Own agreements and related transactions:

Down-payments: All initial down-payments made towards a vehicle are strictly non-refundable.

Monthly Installments: All monthly installment payments are non-refundable once processed.

Legal Fees: Any legal fees associated with the drafting, execution, or enforcement of contracts are entirely non-refundable.
